LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION

I have known Mr. MOHAMMAD ARSHAD as my student in Civil Engineering Department,

since four years and I am really glad to be writing a letter of recommendation for him because,
besides the fact that he is a brilliant student, he is also an extremely hard-working, diligent and
spares no pains in gaining knowledge in his courses of choice. I have taught him courses like
ADVANCED STRUCTURAL DESIGN and DESIGN OF STEEL STRUCTURES. He has
effectively interacted with lecturers and professors in the department to gain maximum possible
academic knowledge on a daily basis. He attended various seminars, workshops and also
worked as a coordinator during our college fests and events.
Apart from being brilliant in academics, he has also been in the forefront as an active participant
in departmental activities, He also holds the reputation of being a highly effective
communicator in English both orally as well as written. Being sound in communication skills
he also put across his thoughts in lucid convincing manner. And also his creativity in analysing
the subject earned him a lot of appreciation from professors.

He is a person of high calibre in analysing and comprehending the essence of engineering

studies. He is multi-faced person with a zeal to learn and complete tasks in a effective manner
within prescribed time. He also as exemplary leadership qualities which replicates his team
performance. As a head of department, I recommend him for graduate studies. Since, in my
view his academic competence and commitment definitely makes him one of the most
noteworthy students I have taught. I am convinced that he will put forth all his efforts into any
endeavour. He will be an asset to your department and I recommend him without reservation.
One can find all the qualities required for a student in him. I wish his success in all his future
