a. Which kinds of cooking do you think are healthy? Why? Why not?

Boiled Grilled Fried Baked Roast

I think the best one is boiled because it doesn’t have oil or butter and well everybody knows that the butter and
oil are unhealthy for the body specially the butter, the oil is healthier than the butter if they don’t know

2. What is your favorite way to cook food? Why?

Obviously, the healthiest way (boiled) because I love the food that makes me feel healthy maybe I need to cook
other things in other kind of cooking because not all the food can you boiled but always, I try to cook in the best
healthy way

3. What is your favorite recipe? Describe it.

The ajiaco, It isn’t and special food is only soup with potato, yellow potato, condiments to give flavor at the soup
and the final and most important thing is the boiled chunks of chicken up side the soup that’s the ajiaco and is so
delicious

4.How often do you go to restaurants?

Around 1 or 2 times for month because I don’t have enough time to do that

5. What kind of restaurant do you like? Why?

Well, I love the Chinese Korean and Japanese food because a love these cultures especially Japanese and well
their foods are so delicious and different from that we eat here in la costa for that I love that food

6. Do you sometimes find it difficult to choose at a restaurant? Why? Why not?

Not really because sometimes I want to taste different food and well that always it’s a good experience because
it’s a new experience for me and usually the new experiences can be awesome

6. Do people eat out a lot in Barranquilla? What restaurant do they go to?

I’m not sure about that but I think yes, the people in Barranquilla eat out a lot because everyone loves de junk
food, the bad food for your body and in Barranquilla are a lot CC and well I think they eat in that restaurant
because they have the opportunity to choose for a lot kind of food and the other think it’s Colombia has a lot
obese people
