INSTRUCTION:

1. Choose a subject (person) that is involved in your strand.

e.g. ABM- Businessman, Company manager, ABM Professor etc.
CULART- Chef, restaurant owner, service crew, etc
MAWD- IT personnel, Programmer, IT instructor, etc.
TOPER- Hotel manager, Airline personnel, stewardess, pilot, etc
STEM- Engineer, Scientist, Mathematician, Chemist, nurse, Doctor, etc

2. Your subject could be related to you or not

3. Search or read his/her biography
4. Submit your Case Study using this writing format:
Paper size
Font size-12
Font type- Arial
Double space
1 inch margin on all sides

5. Content
I. Write the plot of your subject’s life story (maximum of 2 pages)

A. Characters- Use “alias”. Do not reveal the real names

Setting- where the story happened
B. Introduction
C. Rising action- event/events where the conflict started
D. Climax- the peak of the action where the main character confronts the conflict
E. Falling action- situation where the action starts to wind down
F. Resolution – the outcome of the story

II. Identify the problems encountered by the main character in the story
III. Select I or 2 major problems in the case
IV. Suggest solutions to these problems
V. Recommend the best solution to be implemented for each major problem
VI. Detail how these solutions should be implemented
