Miscellaneous Provisions. 6.2 The SUPPLIER shall be the exclusive provider of SUNRISE LPG Products to the DISTRIBUTOR. In case of a need to refill the said Products, the SUPPLIER shall likewise be the exclusive and the only plant authorized to refill the same, This shall include any other refilling plants /stations as long as they are officially authorized by the SUPPLIER to execute the same in fayour of the DISTRIBUTOR. L6.b This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding the supply and purchase of the Products and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreement promises, negotiations, proposals and guaranteed, whether oral or written, with respect thereto.
