Subject: INFORMATION ON THE USE OF FUNDS FOR DRRM

PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES (FY2016-2021)

This refers to the request of the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) for information
on the use of funds for DRRM programs, projects and activities (PPAs) from FY2016
to 2021. The said information is meant to be distributed to oversight agencies and
stakeholders.

In this regard, the Office of the Undersecretary for Administration (OUA)

through the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Service (DRRMS) instructs
Regional and Division Coordinators of offices with Program Support Funds to
accomplish the form at https://bit.ly/Regional_PSF_PME_Utilization . Kindly note
that the link is locked for security reasons, and all offices concerned are required
to request access from the DRRMS.

Once access is granted, the abovementioned personnel shall provide the

actual amount of utilized funds. Further, they must tag all realigned funds with
justifications and the name of PPA they were reallocated into. These activities are
expected to be completed not later than 31 October 2021.
