NOTICE OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF EDUARDO OSEA and the late

REBECCA DESTURA-OSEA with WAIVER OF RIGHTS

NOTICE is hereby given that the heirs of the late REBECCA DESTURA OSEA, who
died intestate on June 16,1990 at Naga City, have agreed to divide and adjudicate
unto themselves the parcel of land situated at Pamor St., San Isidro Sur, Lagonoy,
Camarines Sur consisting an area of two hundred eighteen square meters (218
sqm), under tax declaration no. 97-29-00067. The heirs Eduardo Osea, Randell
Eugene D. Osea and Regin Errol D. Osea also agreed to WAIVED their respective
shares to their co- heir Ronald D. Osea. The extrajudicial settlement of estate
with waiver of rights is reflected in the notarial registry of Atty. Henry V. Briguera
as Doc No. 252, Page No. 36, Book No. 2, Series of 2021.
