Giving every student the necessary conditions, opportunity, tools, and resources to succeed is a key component

of ensuring educational equity. By ensuring that all of my students have an equal chance to succeed, regardless
of their ethnicity, religion, culture, color, or socioeconomic background, I can uphold equality in education. In
order to accommodate the various learning styles of my students, I gave them varied training. In order to
increase possibilities for all students to succeed, I will remove obstacles to learning, encourage group work in
the classroom, and remove any other hurdles.
