AFFIDAVIT OF NO DONATION
We, SANCHA C. BASISTA, MA. SANCHIA B. EBANCUEL, both of legal
age, Filipino citizens, residents of Brgy. J.P. Rizal, Catarman, Northern Samar
and EMMANUEL C. BASISTA, also of legal age, a Filipino citizen, a resident of
Brgy. Commonwealth, Quezon City and DENISE C. BASISTA, also of legal age,
a Filipino Citizen, a resident of Wellington, New Zealand after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with the law do hereby depose and state:

1. That we are the heirs of ZOSIMO CARDENAS BASISTA JR.;

2. That we are attesting to the fact that aside from the properties
mentioned in the Extra-Judicial Settlement of Estate of the heirs,
there has been no other forms of donations or conveyances executed
for the year 2021;

3. That a Special Power of Attorney has been executed by Denise C.

Basista giving authority to Sancha C. Basista to sign any documents
relating to the tax settlement of the Estate of Zosimo C. Basista Jr.;

4. A copy of the above-mentioned Special Power of Attorney is hereby

attached to this affidavit and made an integral part thereof marked as
Annex “1”;

5. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing statements and for the settlement of the Estate Tax on the
Estate of Zosimo C. Basista Jr. at the Bureau of Internal Revenue and
for whatever legal purpose this document may rightfully serve.

Affiants further sayeth naught.
