Nothing comes before self-happiness ☺️

. Make such goals which keep you happy while

achieving them. A lot of people say, if you want big in your life you have to
sacrifice your happiness sometimes, I don’t agree with them.
We have to sacrifice, but not our happiness, we have to sacrifice our comfort zone.

A lot of people sacrifice their happiness in the journey and one of the biggest
reason for that is They focus only on results, not growth or progress. They need to
shift their mindset from result-oriented to growth-oriented mindset.

Here are 4 ways which can help you to overcome your sadness and in shifting your
mindset from result-oriented to growth-oriented:

Treat
‍🏃‍
♂ ️️ your goals like a ‍♂️ marathon, not a sprint:-
Achieving bigger goals with great results is not the hard work of a single day or
single month, it is a combination of Consistency, Hard work and a lot of sacrifices
for a very long time(not a single day/month or year). Have patience and keep
working.

2. Dream big but take small 👣 steps:-

Focus on the small steps which are under your control. What can you do right now to
get just a little bit better? Ask this question every time.

A Lot of people make goals like, “I have to earn 1 lakhs rupees this month from
freelancing and their current income is 0”. This is totally wrong. A dream to earn
1 lakhs rupees is not wrong but for that, you have to earn 10k first, for 10k you
have to send at least 100 emails. Earning 10k is not under your control but sending
100 emails is under your control.

3. Focus on progress, not distance:-

Don’t focus on the distance. Instead of focusing on distance, celebrate how far
you’ve come and how much you’ve learned along the way.

4. Stop watching the ⏲

️ clock:-
Don’t set a hard time limit on success and don’t pressure yourself to achieve
something in a given time by seeing someone else. Everyone has a different body and
mind. Embrace your slow growth.
