My beloved judges

How many great discoveries have human made? starting from the fighter plane ‘F-22 Raptor’ from
united states, the fastest car in the world ‘buggati chiron super sport’, and even the robot which
can replace the human role ‘asimo’ from japan.

The question is, how can they make them? Definitely they have big effort and big willing to
achieve those. It doesn’t matter how talented you are, since you don’t follow the right kind of
struggle. No one will guarantee. So, do more than what it takes and always push our best to the
limit.
We gonna take 3 examples from the people ( I call them as legend) by their great discoveries,
finally they changed the world:
1. Bill gates with his Microsoft
2. Steve job with his apple
3. And mark zuckerberg with his facebook
We should say thank to them for their discoveries made, will we only be consumptive
people without providing innovation? Excatly no
If the people who born in the previous generation, they were extraordinary, they were great,
this generation, we (you and me) definitely can make something greater than them. and now it’s
gonna be our time as z generation for showing our potential, that’s the reason we are standing
here. With me here today, I’m Habib I want to talk about
“Generation Z’s power will change the world”

Talking about z generation, we have to know first what Z generation is?
Z generation is the next generation after y generation, we also can say if z generation is the
transitional after millineal generation who lives in the midst of developing technology.
Z generation has many kind of characteristics
- Smart in using techonology
- Multi tasking
- And easy to communicate with others through social media

Nowdays, the world has changed a lot.
 Start by ordering food no longer have to come directly, just press our cellphone and the food
will come to us.
 Watching football without going to the stadium anymore, only from youtube we can see
football matches.
 Even to communicate with other people, we don't need to meet them directly, by using social
media we can do that.
And this ..... what we call as the era of disruption. We only have two choices; adapt or outdated.
disruptive era for some people is a very terrible thing. Increasingly business competition, moral
degradation, and unemployment threat.
But everyone let’s try to relax. It's just the linear thinking of some people. We learn to
hypnotize our self, it’s not difficult to survive since we build some strategies. Uber, Microsoft,
amazon have proven to the world that their fantastic innovations.
How about us? Let me take this change to share my little contribution based on my own
ways how can we shake the world:

1. Change your mindset become ‘first principle thinking’
There is a way of thinking that make the founders of Airbnb, Uber, Amazon and Tesla can disrupt
their respective industries. We don't need to be geniuses to practice it but just we have to know how
to do first principle thinking.
First principle thinking is understanding the basic principles of an object. We can do it by digging
deeper into the basic of something until there is only one basic truth of something we want to learn.
Ok I take one example, education
Try to think. What is the basic of education?
is that a big building of scholl? No, is that a teacher ? No,or is that a student ? No,so what is that
first principle thinking of education is Transfer of knowledge and character (morals) from educators
to students
2. Creating fantastic innovation
We used to turn on and off the lamp, we have to come to the switch first, turn on manually. how
much do we spend the energy, the time do it manually? In a day, in a month, in a year. From that
kind of reason me and my team are looking for innovation and one of the innovations that we
created is “making automatic lamp”. So we don't have to go far, just set the time for turning on
and off as we want to. Either, afternoon, evening or night.While enjoying a glass of coffe, it’s done
automatically. As simple as that.
if we still find that there are people who say 'disruption causes chaos'
we say to them “relax and create fantastic innovation”
