- No matter how small or huge a crime is. It is still a crime. And it is tremendously needed to be
disclosed and unveiled to the officer of law immediately. Hence, there is a massive possibility for
it to be solved easier and straightway. Furthermore, reporting a certain crime can prevent to
produce another crime and help other people to be aware at all times.

Uniform Crime Reporting otherwise known as “UCR” and it’s been providing crime statistics since 1930.
UCR culminates in steadfast and well-founded statistic that is used in law enforcement. Moreover, it
provides various information for students of criminal justice, researchers, the media, and the public.
UCR is extremely vital for budget formulation, planning, resource allocation, assessment of police
operations, etc., to help address the crime dilemma at various levels.

Mental health issue is one of the social dilemmas that we are facing right now. One of the main causes
of this is because of certain individual’s experience from crime and sometimes suffering from mental
shock, bewilderment, outrage, disesteem, and even deep regret. Thus, in interviews, they tend to

As I read a part from Gibran’s poem entitled “Crime and Punishment”, I gained an understanding about
the victim’s point of view. In a crime, they are the people who suffered physically, mentally,
physiologically, and plenty of other aspects, crime might end but the trauma is forever tattooed in their
hearts and minds. Hence, we should be considerate and show kindness towards them.

Intellectual Honesty- In order to have a reliable outcome, the researcher must be forthright and plain-
spoken while gathering data.

Intellectual creativity- A researcher that is stored a ton of creativity inside his minds produces a
resourceful and productive research.

MODULE 20

In every problem, there is a solution. However, it must not be just a mere solution. It must be well-
defined, clear-cut, and words in one syllable. As a result, this particular solution has a better outcome
and can use in other’s unwanted situation. A man’s problem stipulates and demands research, for the
reason that, it contributes on how to reduce the weigh of the burden he is carrying and to make a job
well done. These also includes the relief in suffering, increase gratification, craving s, and motivations.

In the midst of social dilemma, we are facing right now because of the pandemic and its other variants.
Our country has been lacking in healthcare facilities. Hence, other patients with diseases such as
cancers, dengue, and plenty of others are nowhere to confine. The main problem is the insufficiency in
infirmaries and medical centers and the objective is to establish more of it for the citizens.
MODULE 21

Research or investigating ang gathering information plays a vital contribution in a nation land’s well-
being. The main objective of research is obtaining cognizance and being conversantly aware so that we
can establish a country appropriately. We ought to associate a particular country’s growth and
development to build society, polity, and economy for the removal of poverty, unemployment,
inequality, and other social issues.

cities so much. murder, homicide, physical injury, rape, robbery, theft and carnapping. Non-index
crimes are crimes in violation of special laws. RIR-homicide stands for reckless imprudence resulting to
homicide. RIR-physical injury stands for reckless imprudence resulting to physical injury. RIR-damage to
property stands for reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property.
