Greetings my friends.

Please find attached the documents that the two of you have to sign together
with Juanito Sorneo, so we can now start the processing of the subdivision of
your property at No. 143 M. H. Del Pilar, Project 7, Quezon City , all for your
signatures :

1. Letter to the Barangay Chairman of Unang Hakbang informing him of the

subdivision of the lot and their possible assistance with the Surveyor
Engr. Gacita. (2 copies)

2. PARTITION AGREEMENT (4copies)

3. LOCATION PLAN OF THE LAND (PLEASE ENSURE THE RETURN OF THE

ORIGINAL FOR APPROVAL OF THE LAND REGISTRATION COMMISSION.
You can keep the paper copy. Sign in black pen.

4. Exclusive Transaction Broker Contract – as my authority to look for

buyers. As of today , I already have prospects but we need to have the
property subdivision approved by the LRC before I finalize my transaction
with the buyer.

Please sign all the documents on the left sides except those pages with your
names written and where you can sign on the line provided.

Please have the Broker’s Contract notarized there in your place before
sending it back to me . I have already signed them as needed and had
attached a copy of my ID.

Also please send me copies of your IDs including the ID of Juanito Sorneo.
