1. What is the purpose /importance of database in an organization or in business?
- The sole purpose of the database in a business is to keep track of the business management and have a centralized system in which it can help the business grow and can be easily manage by having a database system which allows to predict future cause and effect events in the business. It can also have better management by using database that can keep track of the business as it boosts the chances of success. It can also be made for planning the growth of the organization and anticipate future trends for customers needs. 2. What is the user's role in the development of database? - The user’s role in the development of database is to make sure that the data are secured and properly organized. It is also their role to maintain records, track activities and future projects, create business related charts in helping the organization progress, and perform other daily tasks. They are also responsible for the security of the information that they have gathered and the information resources in which they have access that is important in the organization. 3. Do you think you would enjoy being a DBA (Database Administrator)- a skilled Information System professional who directs all the activities related to the organization's database.? - I would enjoy being a DBA because for me, I think I have the skillset that can manage activities that are related in the organization’s database and I am confident that I can be responsible in maintaining the information resources be secured inside the organization because of my technological skills.
