Good evening colleagues. Tonight, we need to think about organizing a

three-day itinerary for a group of foreign students.

First of all, let's think about transport to use. On the one hand, we could
use a school bus. It's more or less cheap, and it could take us anywhere we want.
On the other hand, a train would be a much faster solution and a more
comfortable one. I, personally, propose we use a train so at least we could have
lunch there.

Secondly, we need to provide some refreshments for students. It's going to

be a sunny day, and we better keep all the drinks cooled. So, my advice is to take
at least 2 or 3 fridge-bags with Lipton, Cola, Sprit, or just still water. And maybe
we could provide some small snacks such as sandwiches or nuts.

The third thing we need to talk about is money. Last time we had an
unfavorable situation when we have planned a lot of events, and suddenly the
group said they didn't have enough money. We had to make a new plan while
driving, sign new appointments, cancel others. This time we are planning to avoid
all this stuff. So somebody should make sure we don't have these problems this
time.

The last thing I want to talk about with you is the guides. I'm sorry to say,
but when we had Tatiana as the main guide, it was a disaster. Even I was falling
asleep as she talked. What we need is a group of young and energetic guides,
which are still interested in the subject they are talking about.

These are all the problems I wanted to talk about tonight with you. I'm
interested in the ideas and questions you have.
