1) Exchange with Start with Order Placement and OTC with Trade Initiation
2) In exchange we have trade allocation and in OTC no trade allocation
3) In exchange transactions reporting to regulators and in OTC transactions reporting to Trade

4) In exchange Trade confirmation to Clearing Corporation on three different levels – Trade Level,
Position Level and Net Settlement Value. In OTC, Trade confirmation with counterparties.

In Future and option trade life cycle, we have daily pre-settlement, settlement and post settlement.
