The Summary of
Sherlock Holmes and
the Duke’s son

The story begins with the visiting of the

headteacher of the Primary school from the
north of England. According to his story, a son
of an important Duke  and German teacher
had disappeared at the night.That is, the son
had been kidnapped. And Then Holmes and
Watson knew that the headteacher had not
told the minister to ask Holmes’ help. Though
Holmes and Watson met the Duke and his
secretary, they were not friendly and didn’t
want to told many people about this incident.
Afterwards, Holmes and Watson started to
search for the son. Seaching for him, Holmes
and Watson find the dead of the German
teacher. A criminal was not the German
teacher, but another person. And they
continued to follow the clues of the son.
Finally, in one lodge, they saw the son and the
Duke were being together. In fact, the son had
already found! But a master of the lodge didn’t
allow Holmes and Watson to enter there. At
the same time, many clues enabled Holmes to
understand everything. The criminals were the
secretary and the master of lodge. But they
were forced to kill German teacher. So afraid
of killing him, they spoke the Duke about the
crime.
