I, Wency Sampang Aquino, incoming Sophomore Student at Tarlac State University, studying Bachelor
of Elementary Education Major in Generalist.
I would like to take this chance to write down my request to file an application for your scholarship
program which is the City of Tarlac Integrated Scholarship and Incentives Program, (CTISIP). As a
college school student, I want to further my education. In order for me to reach my dreams, I need
financial assistance. With your help, you not only change my life but also other students who are
aspiring students like me.
I am applying for a scholarship to fulfill my expenses for academic purposes. I am a particularly good
student, hardworking, and at the same time love to study. But sometimes life takes us, on how
determined we are to fight for our dreams. but I promise to myself that I will never give up on that
dream and will always be determined to make it happen.
