RE: Commitment letter for Urban Deca Cubao Project

Dear Sir Eric, I am writing this letter regarding the Urban Deca Cubao Project, Since our (NTP)
Notice To Proceed is still pending. I am asking your good office to allow us today August 13,
20222 to conduct a inventory to the material that was been left by the previous sub-contractor.

Moreover, I would also like to include that this coming Monday August 15. We are mobilized
our manpower to the said project site. And move to priority works at 3 rd floor which will be the
model unit of Urban Deca tower Cubao. Here under are the specific areas need to be delivered
on the 1st week of September.(8 units including hallway of mechanical work and fire Protection
works).

Furthermore, We in Electric Pro assures you on completing its obligation to Megawide

Construction Corporation to comply all nessessary requirement(s) specifically the PCAB. I am
asking your good office to give us 1 month the most to submit the said document needed for
accreditation and allow us to have NTP this coming Monday August 15.

Hoping this letter will give clarification and clear all doubts about Electric Pro Construction OPC.
