1.- What are the most important factors that enabled the fast and early

internationalization of Wonderbly? Explain.

The book was personalized, so each child so there were no borders or cultures that

prevented or that were addressed to only one group of children. the book is universal and

best of all personalized that attracts the child because it is an adventure narrated in a

book.It also allows you to interact with the parent or guardian who helps you in this

adventure.

2.- What other opportunities are in store for the company as it expands its global

footprint? Explain.

Wonderbly's growth opportunities towards the world are endless since the child

population is growing as well as online access means that there are no barriers or

language that can stop its progress. In addition to having creative and technological

elements that are difficult to copy, it makes it unique.

3.- Wonderbly wants to enter China. What opportunities and challenges do you

expect the company would have? Explain

Wonderbly's opportunity to enter the Chinese market would be impressive due to the

number of the population that exists and if it has the same results as in the rest of the

countries, it would be a great achievement. Unfortunately, Chinese culture and the use

of new characters and different traditions make sales behavior doubtful.
