Executive Summary:

The goal of this project is to build Operations and Training plans for new Plant Pals service.
The focus of this plan will be on sustainable fulfillment and delivery practices for the service’s
day-to-day operations.

Project Goal

SMART: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound


● Creation of processes and training for the team to help them achieve timely
delivery with 95% target achievement within the first month of service launch.

Deliverables

1. Achieve 95% delivery target within the first month.


2. Train 90% employees before service launch.
3. Increment in overall customer satisfaction.
4. Decrement in overall delivery time.

● Basic HR training of new employee
