CRISIS SITUATION

Imagine you are a manager of an electric company, where

you were having a festive day with a gathering of 500
plus employees. The event was starting on 4:00 o’clock in
the evening but on 2:00 o’clock there was a tragic
accident in the production area which costs to a death of
an employee. The following working day, employees
revolted against the company and were not ready to work.
