2 All candidates have been allotted State Rank on the basis of which college allotment would be carried out during
counselling. All OBC, SC and ST candidates have been allotted Category Rank also.
3 Answer keys are available on the University of Lucknow, Lucknow website (https://www.lkouniv.ac.in).
4 Results of only those candidates are valid who have appeared in both the papers.
5 All the legal matters pertaining to the Entrance Test shall be subject to Lucknow Judicature only.
6 State Ranks and Category Ranks allotted to all candidates are based on the data provided / documents uploaded by
them at the time of filling the form and marks secured by them in the entrance examination.
7 If any of the document / certificate (caste, income, marksheets, weightage etc.) uploaded by a candidate is found
invalid during the verification with original documents at the time of reporting in the University/College. The candidate’s
provisional admission will be cancelled and for that the candidate himself / herself shall be solely responsible.
8 The score of candidate is calculated using the below example For example: The candidate has attempted 80 out of
100 questions in paper 1 and has 47 right answers and 33 wrong answers. The calculation will be as follows Marks
Obtained = (47 X 2) – (33 X 2/3) = 94 – 22 = 72 Marks for paper 2 will be calculated in the same way. Final marks =
Marks obtained in Paper 1 + marks obtained in Paper 2
