Q6. If you were to predict, how do you see George’s life and career in 5 years of future?

Answer  If I were to predict, I think George would be comfortable and satisfied in near future as
the retirement plan would cover all the expenses of his daughter’s and they would have graduated.
After that his career would be more likely to be going towards a business field where he can use the
money of his pension to start-up a business that would make him earn some amount to maintain his
support too his family. His main concern was if any company will hire a 54-year-old accountant with
a limited range of work experience. But that limited range of work experience shows that he is loyal
to his company and an employee like that is rare to find these days. I think the termination by the
company is a blessing in disguise because George was earlier having a traditional career now after
the termination of his job his career model will shift to protean career which means he will be more
inclined toward psychological success and not mere salary increase.
