Procedures:

1. Check your formulas' consistencies; e.g. the TOTAL row for each component should always be equal
to the sum total of the test items (in this case 75)

2. Next, check for the consistencies of each row component which is the percentage per component and
should always be the sum total of the test items in percentage (in this case 100%)

3. Note that the values in each component are dependent on the total number per vertical alignment
per domain. The first two steps however follow the horizontal alignment.

4. Key in the exact number of days spent for discussion per content subject for the Intructional Time IT
column (these follow the horizontal alignment)

5. Then, it should automatically provide the sum total of the IT ( in this case 25 days)

6. Now, proceed to fill in the no. of items column. Notice that there are two values designated per
content component, a percentage equivalent to the total number of days and the other a whole number
which is the exact number of test items for the content.

7. In order to fill this, you need to compute first for the equivalent percentage per content by dividing
the IT for the specific component to the total number of IT (e.g. 13/25=0.52) then convert to percentage
which in this case is 52%

8. Once you got the equivalent percentage, you can now compute for the exact number of test items for
the specific content by multiplying the total number of test items with the equivalent percentage (e.g.
75x0.52= 39)

9. Do the same process until you finish all the content components. Make sure to round of your
numbers as it may affect the equivalent percentage with the whole number.

10. Finally, you can now divide or distribute the number of items in their respective level of thinking.
