ANSWER: I am currently assigned as the SHS GAD focal person and Immersion
coordinator.

2. How do you plan for this? List 2 priorities and discuss.

Answer: For GAD plan and propose activities that will promote Gender And Development,
after that determine and allocate the budget needed for the activities to be conducted.
For the IMMERSION, Plan activities and conduct seminars ( invite
speakers/coaches which are in working in the institutions related to the tracks offered by
the school in SHS),

3. What is your most significant reflective experience from this Training webinar?
Thank you very much po for this kind of training because I was able to reflect and question
“ what are the things I need to do and what should be improved when it comes to GAD and
immersion?” Our speaker inspired me and motivated me to determine and propose a plan
that can improve the entrusted assignment on me and make it meaningful. Thank u mommy
