Title of the project: Attendance app

3. the primary reason to choose this particular

topic:
1. as we go further in the 21st century we plan on tackling the
issues that cause bad effects on the environment.
2. And in today's world, education is a must for which we must
visit colleges schools University but with that the word
“attendance” comes into the focus attendance of the students
are needed to be kept in record .
3. that is in form of hard copy and also a lot of storage is also
needed to store the data.
4 And also if you had to find a certain students attendance it
would be practically impossible and also to maintain this
everyday attendance will take lot of labour.
5. so to help in reducing human efforts and to be environment
friendly I have chosen this application.

4. the main objective of the project a picture of

the project.
1. Application in which teachers can take students attendance
on to their device(Phones) and also they can save it on cloud
storage.
2. To help calculate the attendance any particular student and
also calculate a monthly defaulter list
3. in this Android application the access will be provided only
to teachers so that no student can access this app and temper
with their attendance.
4. An admin section would be there who would give
authorities to the teachers and the staff members
5. scope of the project:
this application will help reduce the human effort to track and
store every students attendance.
2. goal is to make an app with the most useful functions which
can be used to the fullest.
3. to help replace paper and ink with electronic devices so that
it would be eco-friendly and also help reduce cost item.
