Event Description
We hereby send you this proposal to ask for your approval in holding a mini tournament held between students of Electrical Engineering and a
team from CMC. Previously, we held events similar to this when the Legendary cricketer Shahid Khan Afridi graced us with his presence at the
campus to raise funds for the charity. Additionally, another fruitful event was held when the Team of CMC went head-to-head against the
mighty Lahore Qalandars, that match was truly a sight to behold.

CMC has been executing multiple educational events in succession, such as last week when a 3-day workshop was held where numerous
esteemed personalities were invited to speak on various hot topics such as Entrepreneurship and Inflation, among many others. Moving on, we
would now like to organize co-curricular activities, specifically a mini cricket tournament which would be a 3 series match between a CMC team
and a team from the students of Electrical Engineering. We require your permission to reserve the football stadium for 17 th of March on
Thursday, at 1 PM. The ending time depends upon the duration of the matches held.
