Mr Yigal Nathaniel
Nominated to stand as
FIP Vice President
The 76th FIP Congress will be held on 9 August
2022 in Jakarta, Indonesia and there will be an
election for FIP President, as well as Vice-President
and Director for Europe for the term 2022 – 2024.

Mr Yigal Nathaniel joined the FIP Board


as Director for Europe in 2016. He is an
FIP accredited juror and approved
Team Leader for Traditional, Postal
Mr Yigal History, Modern and Revenue classes.
Nathaniel He organised the ISRAEL 2018
Nominated to
stand as Exhibition & was the FIP Consultant for
FIP Vice
HUNFILEX 2022 Specialised World
President
Stamp Championship. He is currently
the Liaison Officer for LIBEREC 2022
FIP Recognition exhibition. His exhibit
“Japan Etched Stamps 1871 – 1876”
was awarded Grand prix d'Honneur in
Korea 2002.

Mr Spas Panchev
Nominated to stand as
FIP Director
The 76th FIP Congress will be held on 9 August
2022 in Jakarta, Indonesia and there will be an
election for FIP President, as well as Vice-President
and Director for Europe for the term 2022 – 2024.

Mr Spas Panchev was a member of the


Bulgarian Parliament from 2009-2021.
As the President of the Union of
Bulgarian Philatelist since 2002, he
Mr Spas also served as President of the
Panchev Bulgarian Philately Academy from
Nominated to
stand as 2012-2021. He organized the European
FIP Director
philatelic exhibition BULGARIA 2009; as
well as Balkanfila 2010 and Balkanfila
2014 whilst acting as President of the
Balkanfila Working Group. As an
honorary member of the European
Philatelic Academy, he is also a FIP
accredited Postal History juror and had
authored many books.
