B) What are Asset Based financing: leasing, Hire- Purchase and project

financing

C) Differentiate the types of investment decisions,

D) What are the problems related to Investment Decisions under

Inflation

Q5. A) What is corporate restructuring (like merger, acquisitions),

B) Why companies resort to corporate restructuring decisions- Write

about the different reasons….and its financial implication

Part II: Review an article made on any financial management topic ……
