Short Description: Troubleshooting steps if shipping label does not get printed during “Pack” on FBA Onsite Tool.
Preriquisits:
Steps:
1- If seller selected “CUSTOM” box type during pack on FBA Onsite Tool, ask seller to select “JM2” box type and try
again.
2- If “JM2” box type doesn’t work, ask seller to try any other box type and try again.
3- If steps 1 and 2 doesn’t work, ask seller to confirm if the product weight is higher than 10 grams. Seller can check
products weight by following the steps bellow:
Select “Inventory” on FBA Onsite Tool main page.
Select “My Inventory”
Search for the product using the search box on the top left.
Click on the product’s title.
4- If product’s weight is lower than 10 grams, ask seller to click on the “Edit” button and update the product’s
weight to 10 grams or higher, then ask seller to click on “Save” button.
5- If any of the steps above don’t work, ask seller the Shipment ID that seller is trying to process and follow the SOP
on this wiki and raise a TT to BR Transportation team on this CTI, sharing the Shipment ID, seller’s warehouse ID
(Sev-3), please include fba-onsite-ops-br@amazon.com as watcher.
6- Send this message to the seller: “FBA Onsite Operations team will investigate this issue and will contact you as
soon as possible. Please, sideline this order and process the other orders meanwhile. Thank you.”
Seller can check the Shipment ID during the Pack process. The shipment ID will appear above product’s picture
after scanning the SKU. Image bellow for reference (Shipment ID highlighted in yellow):
