Q.1. Do you feel there is a gap in the

Internal and External Communication,
as in the Dominos Case?
Ans. Yes, I feel so, because the
management was not aware of the
work done by the workers on the
social media platform, although the
orders of the work were
communicated well within the
organization. Also the way the
management connected to the
consumers (third party) suggests that
the communication was not proper
and so, they were not satisfied with
the response at first.

2. Give your ideas and suggestions, as

to what could be the correct mode of
Communication, in the Dominos
Case?
Ans. The correct mode would be to
discuss the problem with the entire
organization and the come out with a
better way to deal with the same than
coming out impromptly (internal).
Also, to know the way the consumers
will relate to the incident and then
come out with a viable option
(external).
