I have attempted to other times to get my card mailed to me by this department and both times
the representatives acted unprofessionally it would not update my address information. The csed
in Montana screwed up my address when I moved and didn't update it or my bank account info.
When child support had a payment bounce back to them because I had changed financial
institutions oh, they did not bother to notify me for months. After I contacted my caseworker
they told me that the card was sent to my previous address. I updated again my new mailing
address and bank account information with cscd but they refuse to help me speak to this card
member services and get my payment. When I contacted cardmember Services six weeks ago
they told me I would have to pay $15 to get my child support money. And I just flat-out refused.
Why would I have to pay $15 to receive the child support I was due in August, and only through
complete fault of Child Support Enforcement did I not receive it. They have been combative as
well, refusing to help me during this process, and only after threats of reporting them to the
Department of Justice did they agree to contact cardmember services. I just found out today that
never happened oh, and my new email address was not given to them. I just want my money and
nobody will give me my money. Cardmember services are acting irresponsible but Child Support
Enforcement division of Montana should have done their due diligence to correct the error they
made to begin with. 

I've been working with Mann mortgage in Stevensville and the manager Justin for over a year
trying to get a home loan. After what seems like quite a long time Justin finally gave me a pre-
authorization notice so that I could begin looking for a home. During that time my real estate
agent that had recommended Justin decided that because I didn't qualify for a half a million
dollar home, and my money was not worth their time that they would ignore me oh, I did not
ever try to contact a seller or their agent. I have reported them to the Montana State licensure
board for real estate agents. I don't think that A lender and real estate agent should be in cahoots
with each other. But because of my Google review I left for Brook Library, Justin they are well
acquainted became irritated that I spoke unkindly of her. Fast forward to about six weeks ago
when I contacted him again and told him that I was again looking for a house and needed to go
through another pre-qualification with them because it had expired, I did everything I was
supposed to yet Justin did not. He did not process my application in a timely fashion, he gave me
excuses that their computer system deleted my information and he had to redo it from his
personal notes oh, and that he has been busy with other closings. After I expressed my concern
and that I was not impressed with how he has treated me in the past after I got off the phone with
Justin he decided to call my real estate agent in Glendive Montana. Justin discussed personal and
private information with Ed which included discussing that I was only pre-approved for 55 to 70
thousand. That is an incorrect statement. He had previously approved me for 70,000, I had my
own money and there was down payment assistance and gas financing that would have gotten
me to the home price that I wanted to be at a hundred and twenty thousand. Because Justin read
my real estate agent that I would only qualify for $100,000 house and didn't think that I would be
able to afford or be approved for anything more. Then it took it upon himself to contact the
seller's agent Lisa and inform her that I would not qualify for anything over a hundred thousand.
I know that was my offer. Previous Lee Ed and I spoke on the phone and I told him I want to put
in an offer for a hundred and twenty thousand but I was waiting on Justin to finish the
paperwork. It was supposed to get paperwork ready and then wait for me to tell helmet that I got
the go-ahead from Justin. Both Justin telling Ed about my personal finances and then Ed
speaking to the seller's agent and telling them I could only get approved for a hundred thousand
lost me that home. The seller was extremely disappointed and angry. She actually was pretty
mad and yelled at her own real estate agent oh, I guess Lisa got an earful for bringing somebody
to her house that was not pre-qualified or that could afford her home and wasted our time. So the
seller had a nasty taste in her mouth and she signed a six-month contract with her employment
agency and is now taking the home off the market. I have struggled for over a year to find a
home while waiting for Justin to process his paperwork, and if he had afforded me My Rights
then I would have been able to jump on more opportunities when homes were still available.
Mann mortgage should be held liable for their performance. I hear that the Hamilton office also
have been reported for their financial interactions. It is pretty sad that A lender it's going to take
it personally if I leave a bad Google review to his favorite real estate agent and then underhanded
and maliciously Ford my attempts to purchase a home. Justin told Dad I would only get 55 to 70
thousand for a home, from my mortgage and then head turned around and told Lisa but I would
only qualify for a hundred thousand. Lisa gave that offer to her client 400000 and it pissed her
off. Never once never once did I sign any document for an offer with Ed, or any other documents
with Justin trauma isn't there a standard code of ethics for Lending institutions? I tried to call the
Kalispell office and speak to them about Justin's horrible beams, but nobody returned my phone
call instead it was sent an email saying that they were looking into my home loan. Baby didn't
say anything about what Justin had actually done to me or why they were intervening at all. And
I don't want a loan from them any longer I am currently with another real estate agent and
financial institution. Hopefully they don't let money guide their morals and integrity as Justin
has. 

I have multiple emails and my security has recorded phone conversations that were on speaker
concerning my mortgage application with Justin and with Ed. It shows that Ed was lying and
Justin was lying. I called Justin out once for not reading my emails and not paying attention to
my loan just because I was low income. I told him I felt like he wasn't giving it the proper time
and effort that he would is if I was getting a home loan for half a million dollars. Justin
completely rebuffed that notion by saying that is not how he acts, but it is very obvious when
you look at how many times he asks me the same question oh, and how many times I have given
him the answers and asked him questions that he never answers. It seems that he never really did
anything past the very basics for my application. I had a very hard time trying to get a hold of
Dustin through email or text or phone calls, I had to actually contact somebody in another city at
Mann mortgage to have them reach out to Justin and tell him to call me because he was so
unresponsive.

I need to file with somebody that is above the Montana Department of Commerce. For months
now I've been getting the same inappropriate response to my application for emergency rental
assistance. I have numerous email conversations and phone conversations whereas I pointed out
the error in their paperwork processing. But in fact I owe me money for deposits and rent that
was never paid and even with Cheryl Cohen stepping in and has not improved, she has become
defiant and put her foot down. I think she's actually discriminating against me because she
knows that I am a Democrat and support President Biden. Montana Republican state and the
governor is Jim Forte is Republican. And when I was speaking to Cheryl on the phone and I
mentioned that President Biden awarded this grant to Montana for low-income individuals such
as myself. And in the paperwork filed with the SEC mftc, it shows that I am eligible to receive
these benefits. I have asked she made a comment that oh you support him, referring to me
supporting President Biden. And from there it is just gone downhill. I asked to see the paperwork
since there is supposed to be transparency with these grants during covid and she refuses to send
me any paperwork that's agreed to send me on the phone. I have the last phone conversation
recorded on my security camera footage where she said she would give me the paperwork that
outlines the guidance they need to consider when approving or disapproving funds. It also shows
during that conversation that Cheryl Cohen was derogatory and disrespectful bye judging me.
See was telling false statements, slanderous statements was downright discriminating. 
I have never called her a name or cussed at her or spoke badly, all I've done is held her feet to the
fire and requested that she prove to me how they found I was not eligible. I want it listed with
their exact rule the sentence that applies to my exact case and request for funding. Line for line I
want to be able to connect the dots. I want it spelled out, I want to see the math. I want to see
dates and I want them to prove to me that qualified, because I know I do. I have referenced and
attached many documents in my emails. Most of these emails Cheryl hasn't even read.
