CA – Relay K3

CA means Can- error. You can get this error if the power suddenly
cuts off.
I think you have problem with the terminals for relay K3. Or it
could also be one of wires for the emergency switch as will play
around.
We have seen that the terminals in the relay socket for relay K3
will open up and you will sometimes loose connection for a short time.
Even if it is only for a millisecond so will the machine stop and you
will get CA in the display.
A new type of terminals will be introduced in production soon. The new terminal is harder and also
has a hook inside as will hold the relay in place.

I think it could be a good idea to upgrade this machine with the new type of terminals.
The new terminals can be ordered as spare parts. See enclosed instruction “Change terminals” for
P/N.
