REPORTS TO: Infra Operations Manager LOCATION: Bangalore JOB SUMMARY: The Polaris Platform Admin team works closely with key members of the Infrastructure and Application Delivery teams to drive and evolve the Polaris DevOps posture. This specific role is responsible for day-to-day operational health of websites & Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with developers to update, troubleshoot, and configure websites & CI/CD pipelines • Resolve Help Desk tickets related to CI/CD Pipelines and related technologies • Respond to system-generated alerts and follow-up with CI/CD pipeline failures
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION:
Education and Background: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent required • 4 to 6 years of experience in Web Development or Systems Administration Required Skills & Knowledge: • Experience configuring & troubleshooting Azure DevOps Build & Release Pipelines • Experience deploying & configuring Azure Services, especially App Service, Azure Function, API Management, and Azure Service Bus • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to work independently Preferred Skills & Knowledge: • Scripting and automation skills (esp. PowerShell & Azure Resource Manager Templates) • Experience administering IIS to host .NET & .NET Core Websites & APIs
