A three-five sentences Reflection/Insight focusing on your strengths and opportunities for improvement in swimming.

Improving your swimming skills may not be done necessary it takes time, courage and patience. If you are willing to learn you must first have the courage to all that may challenge you.
Swimming also takes patience, do not stop and keep on practicing because it takes a lot of time. Now I will share on how I learn how to swim, back when was a child around 7-8 years old my
parents always take us on a boat riding and they trained us how to swim at the deep part of the ocean. And that’s why at the very young age we already know how to swim but it also takes us a
lot of challenge and time to improve our swimming skills. To improve also my swimming skills I must also learn more and swim more.
