He is a graduate of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2005 at Misamis University,

Ozamis City and earned Master’s Unit of MS Criminology (1999-2000) at Cagayan de

Oro College, Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City and Bachelor of Science of Criminology
(1998) at Cagayan de Oro College, Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City.

He entered into the Philippine National Police in September of 1998 at Regional

Training School 9, Pasonanca, Zamboanga City and undergo six (6) months rigid
training and was awarded of Academic Award for being Number One (1) in the class.

In 1999, he took and passed the Licensure Examination for Criminology given by
Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in Cagayan de Oro City even without
undergoing to Criminology Review Center.

During his years in the active Police Service, his performance was above
standard and was frequently praised for his calm and authoritative demeanor even
during moments of tension and hostility and he was also recipient of numerous awards
given by the Philippine National Police and Local Government Unit of Initao for being
adjudged as Number One (1) Municipal Police Station of Misamis Oriental during his
stint as Chief of Police of Initao Municipal Police Station.

He underwent one (1) year Public Safety Officers Basic Course (PSOBC) at
Regional Training School 10, Patag, Cagayan de Oro City and graduated Number
Three (3) in the class.

He has strong organizational and leadership skills and the ability to lead by
example. Additionally, he possess variety of attributes that are closely tied to teaching
values, including personal, social and professional characteristics thus, he can impart
his knowledge, skills and experience to the Criminology students of Initao College
henceforth.
