WILD BROWNIES

Ingredients:

- 80 gr of dark chocolate 70% Cocoa

- 3 eggs

- 3 tablespoons of oatmeal

- 3 tablespoons of almond

- 5 figs or ¼ cup of datil

- 40 gr of avocado

- 30 gr of butter or oil coconout

- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

- 1 teaspoonful vainilla extract

- Pinch of salt

- 1 tablespoon of soluble coffee

- 25 gr of pistachios

To add whole to the mixture:

- ¼ cup chocolate chips

- ¼ cup of grated copoazú seed

- 25 gr of pistachios

- 2 tablespoons of pistachio butter

Topping:

- 30 gr of dark chocolate more than 70% cacao


- 1 teaspoonful grated coconout

Cover a glass container with greaseproof paper, add butter and sprinkle with cocoa.

In a saucepan, mealt the chocolate with the butter and coconout oil.
In a bowl, mix three eggs with a teaspoon of vainilla essence, add the figs or the fourth cup of
dates, also add the avocado. It should be mixed well and melted chocolate added to this
mixture.

In another bowl add the oats, cocoa with a pinch of pink salt and coffee to enhance the flavor.
Add to this bowl the mixture of chocolate.

Mix everything and add the pistachios evenly.

Bake at 180 C for approximately 30 minutes. And decorate with toppings.. Enjoy!
