Step 4:

When customer clicks on pay link, they will be required to sign into her
Amazon account on her mobile.

Step 5 :

• After logging in, the customer will be directed to a payment option


page on her mobile device.
• New Payment page will offer new payment alternatives (credit/debit
card, cards EMI, and net banking) in addition to those presently
available on S.A.in Payment selection page. (Amazon Pay and UPI).

Step 7 :

Post successful payment, customer will land on a


‘Thank You Page’ on her mobile.

However, it may take up to 20 minutes for “payment


complete” to reflect on Your Orders and Order Details
pages. Until then ‘Order Pending status shows up on
these pages and it reads “We can take up to 20
minutes for payment confirmation.”

How much time will customers get to complete payment?

• Customer gets 24 hrs window to complete payment through either Mpos or Pay link.
• However, if there is case of payment failure –
Eg : If a customer clicks on pay link and attempts payment via New payment page (e.g., debit/credit card, card EMI), advances
to the OTP verification page and then drops out (or payment fails) >> the payment method will be modified on the OD page
from P@S to the new payment method (e.g., Card).
A. Customers will no longer be able to pay using MPOS in this circumstance (i.e., due to a change in payment mechanism in
Amazon systems).
B. Customer will only get 12 hours from this instant to re-try and complete payment using pay link. The order will get auto-
cancelled upon expiry of these 12 hours, or upon expiry of 24 hours from placement of the original Pay@Store order –
whichever is earlier.
C. Post 24 hrs reservation window , order gets auto cancelled. If a customer still clicks on the pay link, then customer will
land on Thank you page with “Your order has been reserved for 24 hours post placement of the order. Please pay within
this time to avoid cancellation.’ on his screen.
D. In case of first failed attempt if customer clicks on pay link after 12 hrs then order is auto-cancelled customer will land on
Thank You page with message Order placed with a delivery date. (Kindly note is msg is not correct).
