HSE ADVISOR (SNOC Approved) Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC) Moveyied Gas storage surface facilities project (Phase-2) Project Description: 7 kms 12” HP pipeline for Gas storage and Well head Tie-in, ‘Commissioning works at On Plot & off Plot areas. (Aug 2020 to Jan 2021) * Leading & Guiding the HSE team on the project based on the Project specifications, HSE Plan, Local & International regulations. * Monitoring & analyzing KPIs of the project and advising management on the suitable control reasonably practicably * Collecting and analyzing daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports and advising preventive action where required and follow up. + Implementing SNOC assurance program and participating in quarterly audits by SNOC. * Supports the Top Management in the Organization roles and responsibilities definition, for what concems safety aspects. * Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems. * Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives. * Provides for motivation and familiarization of all Company personnel respecting the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided. + Takes part in accident / incident investigation, * Carries out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans. + Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects, + Carries out any in-house safety training, = Carries out safety audits on Sub-contractors. * _Liaises between Clients on safety related issues.
