Greetings of Peace!

Bunguiao National High School is presently having a problem with regards to our computer
laboratory’s facility. Last September 2022, one teacher had an accident in our laboratory due to the old
flooring. We were able to inform your office regarding this matter. January 2021 Engr. Benjamin Saligan
had an ocular inspection in all the buildings including our computer laboratory. He told Ma’am Judy S.
Hicap (former Bunguiao NHS principal) that the building is no longer safe for students and teachers. As
of now due to the situation of the building, our computer laboratory is not functional.

Hence, the undersigned request for the transfer from its current location (Building A) to JICA
Building.
