UPH Sport & Wellness Center would like to inform you that the following player will be
participating in a national basketball tournament Liga Mahasiswa representing Universitas
Pelita Harapan. We ask that the players be given dispensation to take part in the competition
from 21 November – 11 December 2021.

For information, the competition will be held in Cisarua, Bogor, in a ‘bubble’ manner and
will follow the strict health protocols provided by the government.

We appreciate the supports and understanding from the Faculty by giving permission to leave

much as possible and bring glory and honor to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
