of Iloilo City do hereby CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT NORBERTO M.
ABAJACIN JR. Filipino, single/married, of legal age and a resident of Iloilo City as
my true and legal representative to act for an in behalf of my name and person and to
perform such following acts:

1. To process the my application for registration with MORE ELECTRIC POWER

COMPANY;

2. To execute, sign and submit for an in my behalf any documents which will be required
by MORE ELECTRIC POWER COMPANY in relation to number 1; and

3. To do such other act as may be necessary.
