Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) – macOS

This MacOS Mojave support certification is for people who manage computer networks or
computer labs that run macOS.

Apple Certified Pro (for Final Cut Pro X and Logic Pro X)
Apple’s professional applications are the industry standard for photographers, editors, sound
designers, visual effects and multimedia artists. Certifications are available for Final Cut Pro X
and Logic Pro X.

AppleCare Service Certifications – ACMT & ACiT


Anyone can take the exams to become an Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) 2017 or
Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) 2017. To pass these exams, you need to have access to
the training in ATLAS and service exams.
CISCO CERTIFICATIONS

Cisco Certified Technicians (CCT)


Cisco Certified Technicians (CCT) have the skills to diagnose, restore, repair, and replace
critical Cisco networking and system devices at customer sites. Cisco authorized training is
available online and can be completed in multiple short sessions, enabling technicians to
stay productive in the field.

Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT)


The CCENT certification validates the skills required for entry-level network support positions,
the starting point for many successful careers in networking. CCENT certified professionals

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

CITRIX CERTIFICATIONS

Citrix Certified Expert – Virtualization (CCE-V)

CCP-V must be completed first.

Citrix Certified Professional – Virtualization (CCP-V)

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Certified Software Tester (CSTE)


The Certified Software Tester (CSTE) certification is intended to establish standards for initial
