Kieth Rethy and Mr. Chhem Siriwat share about Food Aesthetics. As we know, food is very important, and everybody loves food. After the session, we developed a deep understanding of how food affects our daily lives. Prof. Rethy taught us more about how the five senses interact with food. The videos that were shown to us involved the colors of food, cooking techniques and food presentation, which stimulated our senses and appetite. At the end of session, Prof. Rethy told us to be proud of our Khmer food, like Prohok and Amok, which are delicious and has been part of our cuisine for centuries.
