a very generic and regular way, they are looking for a different type
of answer.

When you are answering make sure that you mention some of
these:
- Name of places and streets
- Names of people and ages and relation
- Numbers
- Amount of money
- Weather conditions

HOW TO ANSWER A CONCEPTUAL QUESTION
A conceptual question, it’s a question in which you will need to
provide a very structure answer to show good ideas, and it’s in the
following order:

CONCEPT:
It’s very important to provide specific concept, in a very simple way.
EXAMPLE:
Provide examples of the concept given.
SHORT STORY:
Is important to give a short story (Invented if it is necessary) in which
you are using the concept provided.

WHAT IS POLLUTION FOR YOU?

I can say that pollution is the action that the human being does to
contaminate the environment and every time is more and more in our
country. Therefore we have different forms of pollutions, like air
pollution; due to the smoke of the car and buses, also water pollution; in
our rivers and water that we use in a daily basis, plastic pollution; like
when we throw bottles outside and we do not recycled them and others.
I remember that when I was in a bus, one of the passengers inside was
eating a banana and that person threw the peel of it outside when she
finished it, and I think that for me was really bad because besides it
contaminates it can cause accidents.
 EXAMPLE
WHAT IS SUCCESS FOR YOU?

What I can think about success is that it’s a satisfaction feeling that I
human being has once he has reached something, like when someone has
worked for a long time and that person receives the result of that effort
and that person feels that he has accomplished something really
important, as an example I can say that when I was able to complete my
highs school, I was really excited and I felt that I was successful at that
moment due to the accomplishment that I had, for me it was such an
important moment.

WHAT IS SUCCESS FOR YOU?

 I DON’T KNOW QUESTION
Sometimes is not that we didn’t understand the questions, is that
probably we did not understand a word and that stopped us from
answering properly.
That’s why we can always ask again the recruiter to repeat the question
so we can understand better or specify what happened that we didn’t
get.

REMEMBER: You can ask the recruiter to repeat the question only 2
times, if you ask more times, that means that you have lack on listening
and also comprehension, so… Be careful with that.

 I DON’T KNOW QUESTION

Well… If I understood you correctly you are asking me “…” But I

don’t really know the answer, and is not because I can not answer, is
because there is word that I don’t understand which is “XX”, so, if
you can please help either rephrasing the question or give me a
synonym so I can give you the best answer because I don’t want to
give wrong information and mess up with the answer, so can you
please help me out with that? I will really appreciate it. Thanks…
