ANSWER:
ACTION- The rocket is responsible for releasing gas from the engine or
combustion, through the nozzle.
REACTION- The rocket’s movement in the opposite direction. It gives the
rocket thrust and propels it upward.

2. A man jumping from a small boat to the shore


ANSWER:
ACTION- The man applies a push to the boat, causing it to move ahead.
His action consisted solely of a forward leap.
REATION- The board applies an equivalent force in the opposite
direction to the man, causing the board to reverse and the man to land
on the shore. The boat moves backwards as a result of the reaction.
