Summary of the text “a fable for tomorrow”

In a very beautiful place in America, there was a lot of vegetation and animals that
reproduced itself without problems, the inhabitants were with good health and their
crops were very productive, but one day the trees and plants stopped blooming,
the animals began to die, the people suddenly became ill, the doctors of the town
got desperated without finding a cure, fields looked withered and the streams were
now lifeless the fish had died, no witchcraft or enemy action had silenced a new life
in this afflicted world the people had done it for themselves.

Inda River fable
Once upon a time, in a distant place
close Pacific Ocean. An indigenous
community whose purpose was to take
care of nature, take advantage of its
benefits and swim in its large rivers, they
found a fantastic river which was called
INDA.

It was a wide river of good depth where

they fished, swam and thanked mother
nature for having what they needed to
live. One day, they suddenly noticed
something strange in the water of the
majestic river, a dark and slimy mantle that poisoned every living being in its path;
fish and plants.
A spill of crude oil that was poured into the river through some tubes, the sad
inhabitants watched as this new liquid, product of riches, ended with life, the most
precious thing. The wise man of the town showed to the rest of the people how the
industrialization of the cities was the decline of the beautiful green fields and rivers.
The days passed but the community didn´t keep quiet, they prepared some
strategies to avoid oil tubes passed close to their community and it is not poured
into the river, taking care the nature and the life.
