Introduction
This guide describes how to install the scanner drivers. Please follow the instructions step by step to ensure a successful installation.

Installing the Scanner Drivers

1) From the Home page Resources section, click DT-970 Scanner Drivers link.

2.When prompted, save the file, DT970_USB_Drivers.zip.

3) After the download is complete, extract the files to a folder.

4) Connect the Cradle CU-970 to the PC via USB cable, the green light will be ON.

5) Place the DT-970 scanner on the CU-970 cradle and press the following buttons on the scanner.

a. Press 1: RECEIVE DATA.

b. Press 1: PICK PACK

c. Press 1: YES

6) The PC will automatically detect the new hardware.

7) Navigate to Device Manager under Control Panel\System and Security\System. Right click the DT-970 icon under Other devices and select Update
Driver Software.

8) Select Browse my computer for driver software option.

9) Give the location of the saved USB drivers and click the NEXT button.

C:\Desktop\DT970_USB_Drivers.
10) User will be prompt a Windows Security window. Click on the Install button.

11) User will be prompt a window indicating the drivers are successfully updated.
