My name is Raúl Larios Curiel I am 29 years old, I am 1.

84 meters tall, I was born on August 8, 1991

in Pasadena California, when I was still a baby my parents traveled back to Mexico because my
mother had her business in Jalisco, my parents are María de the light Curiel García and Raúl Larios
Ramos, my brother is Albero Esquivel Curiel.

I am currently living in Sayula Jalisco, my childhood was very normal like that of any other child, I
was always curious about doing experiments and playing with food trying to create something
new, I liked sports and playing with friends from school

In my school journey I was in different schools, I was for a while a problem child in terms of
applying myself in subjects and the same in my behavior and my parents continually changed
schools, that led me to continually make new friends either in schools in my city and sometimes in
schools in other cities, somehow that helped me to try to socialize easily with other people.

My mother has had a yoghurt company in Sayula Jalisco for more than thirty years and my father
is a pensioner from the United States and in Sayula he is dedicated to agronomy. I was always
surrounded by food processes and things related to cooking, when I was little I liked to play with
food and it was there that my curiosity for gastronomy began, when I was 15 years old my parents
decided to send me to live in Colima to study the high school, I went to hi that taste for Gastonia
was reinforced since I had to learn to cook because I lived alone, later I entered a gastronomy
technique school motivated by that taste that I had previously acquired, at the same time that I
was studying I got to work in various restaurants, there were some years in which I learned a lot
and had good experiences, I was working from a sushi restaurant, a fine-cuts restaurant to
working in the kitchen of a prison in Colima, cooking for custodians and employees of the prion
and supporting the inmates' kitchen.

When I was twenty-one I decided to go to the United States to have new adventures, I was living
in Delano California, there I went to work in a shopping center in the bakery area, it was a few
months where I got and learned new things. When I returned to Mexico, I went to a restaurant
where I had worked before and this time I was working in the confectionery area, a new stage
began where I acquired a taste for confectionery, it was there that I began to admire certain
important figures in the world of gastronomy especially in the pastry area, I am talking about Jordi
Roca and Christina Tosi, they inspired me to do a good job in pastry and motivated me to obtain
more knowledge, gastronomy is something that I am very passionate about, especially pastry,
What I admire the most about them is their talent for creating new things and breaking out of
classic desserts.

In the year two thousand and seventeen I was presented with an opportunity to travel to the
United States to work, this time it went to Wilmington Delaware, there I was working in gardening
after the winter, they were very interesting months, I was with a new family who were amazing
people the time I was with them. When I returned to Mexico I decided to go live in CD Guzmán
Jalisco and set up a branch of my family's business, living close to my family I began to get involved
with my father's business, which is agronomy, I began to take pleasure in him and learn about the
benefits that it provides, so I made the decision to enter this career of agronomic engineering, to
apply what I learned in my family's crops and thus achieve better performance.
The previously written experiences were some of the most appreciated and relevant moments in
my life, some of them guided me to the person I am today, to the passions and tastes that I
developed throughout my life.
