1-What email server is your client using?

2-If he is not on Office 365, do they have access
to their MX Records?
3-Are you thinking about migration to
Office365?
4-How many active email users does he have?
5-How many domains does he manage?
6-Is he concerned about spear phishing attacks?
7-Do they currently have any other type of
security in place?
